Taking a Leave - 111 - Colonoscopy - No Yard Sale

My life has been a bit crazy lately as I am trying to get all the medical tests I need done as soon as possible.

I haven't had medical for so long, that there are many things I need to check out, and my age brings a few tests into being. I had the sleep study last week that I shared about in a post, and then starting the next morning, did a prep for a colonoscopy. I have never had one and had NO idea what the cleanse routine would do to my system. I wanted to help it along, so I ate a grapefruit which makes everything clean out as well. I don't eat red meat so there isn't lots of stuff stuck in there for much time anyway, and eating no gluten and only one meal a day. I figured it would be fairly clear.

Let's just say that they should give you a diaper when telling you how to prep for this. I went to the store and barely made it home, but didn't quite get to the bathroom. So, I decided to stay home from that point on. I had cramps and was in the bathroom all night. So, not much sleep the night before due to the sleep study, and then in the bathroom most of the night of the prep, so I maybe got five hours of bad sleep in two nights.

I go get the procedure and my sister is a saint for taking me there and back. They said it was super clear and no concerns at all, it looked boringly normal! All my friends that have had them done had polyps and had to have them removed. I was so grateful everything went well and things looked so good. I woke up wide awake and the orderly told me my blood pressure was like a teens and that I woke up abnormally fast and happy. So, all in all, it was a great day. However, I started to have cramping and gas from the procedure that evening. I climbed into bed early and woke an hour later to a pop in my neck and then couldn't get back to sleep. I guess maybe the position I was in on my side caused my neck some issues. Not being able to sleep, I got up and started going through things as I was going to have a yard sale this week.

I was feeling so horrible Saturday, I was crying with so much bloating, cramping, and a headache as we have had rain every day. I was supposed to have a yard sale this past weekend but with the rain and the procedure, I just didn't have the energy to do it. I was going to put it out on Saturday, but couldn't.

I was going to put it out on Sunday after church, but there was LOTS of wind, and a meeting on how to use the scripture app and I wanted to learn that but my phone was dead. I charged it for a few minutes after a video chat with my girls and went to the meeting. I got home feeling so horrible and tired after only a few hours sleep in four days that when my sister came to pick a few items up I needed delivered to family as she was heading to visit some, I told her I just didn't have the energy to do it. She called her husband and twin daughters to come over and help me put them out.

I just am so exhausted that after they left, I just couldn't do it. I had told my sister prior to that, that I may leave town for a few weeks to just get away from everything and regroup on my life priorities. I have so much I want to do relating to my mom and it has been getting more and more clear that I need to fulfill the promises we made to her on her death bed to publish her book. I stopped working on it for a few years as her stuff was getting overwhelming and now I have nearly two bedrooms and some garage area with her items in it that I need to finish organizing, cleaning, refinishing, scanning, transferring to digital etc.

I have decided that I am taking a break from my blog. I clearly haven't done much with my YouTube channel or blog, and I keep getting notifications from Google telling me there are issues with my blog but GOOGLE owns Blogger and I can't even reply to comments anymore. It takes so much longer to post as the action buttons don't work. So, it is nearly impossible to find my blog posts on google due to the issues with blogger that I can't fix, so I will be taking a leave for now. I have over 3000 posts on there, and over 1000 videos on my YouTube channel. I have 81 I have uploaded and never taken the time to list as it takes about an hour per video and I still have lots of videos that I haven't even uploaded to YouTube that may never get uploaded or posted on YouTube.

I keep sending YouTube suggestions to allow people to republish videos that are old and not getting views without the algorithm putting and keeping them at the bottom. I think if they would allow a "republish" button for people who have older videos on there, they would get more views as the videos would now have tags and could be found.

I started YouTube in 2010 and so much has changed in the nearly 13 years I have been posting on YouTube. I think kids now don't want to read a blog, they want to watch short videos as their attention spans have gotten down to seconds. The most popular videos are the ones that add cuts to recapture their audiences attention every few seconds. It is a sad state for our society that people can't focus for more than a few seconds, but I feel it is time to focus on other things rather than blogging.

I have enjoyed watching my children grow as the blog was like a journal for my family. I may pick it up again at some point, but it won't be with blogger as it is beyond help, and I think Google gave up trying to fix the bugs hoping people would move on.

I am exhausted, falling asleep more and more as I have tried to blog these past few months, and it has lost is enjoyment in my life as I have had some nasty stalkers write dirty things about my family members as there are perverts everywhere, having been online for such a long time, I got a few pedophiles commenting and have had to delete a few posts due to the attention they drew.

I thank those of you who have followed me for so many years and am sorry to those that I haven't been able to reply to these past many months, but appreciate all the comments you have all given me over the years.

I thought it was so funny that two of my video's yesterday got 111 views. I took it as a sign that the choices I am making in my world are the best for my family.

I am grateful to my sister and her family for helping me put the tables out and I am sure tomorrow, he will help me put them back as I am planning some visits to my kids since I am taking this break, I want to connect with those who bring JOY into my life! I am so blessed with healthy and happy children and want peace and joy in my life. They are the peace and joy in my world!

I will maintain the horsehairinhumans website and my YouTube videos as I feel a need, but taking this break will be such a relief. Can you imagine writing an hour or more blog post every day and a few weekends for almost 13 years! I had hoped it would bring me some financial relief, but I make less than $20 a month on the blog and I spend at least 5-10 hours taking photos, editing them, transferring them, and adding videos sometimes and then writing the post.

If I have helped anyone, it was worth it, but it is still a fun history for my family and my kids will look up their favorite recipes at times. I think they will be happy I am not blogging anymore, but it has been a good outlet for me to share those things in a way that will allow them to be there for my grandchildren as well.

I feel truly blessed to have this in my world and know it helped in other ways I can't share publicly, but I feel that God put it in the right hands at the right time to bless me in so many ways! I am grateful for the gratitude moments that are now there for my family to see. My 111 moments, and my "Trust in God" posts, that they can know the ways that my Father in Heaven speaks to me, and has blessed my life!

I want to thank those friends who have been with me most of the way. Sara for suggesting I write a blog, Julie and Julie for their many generous comments and gifts, Jay for teaching me so many thing I would never have thought of on my own etc. My kids for their patience in allowing me to post their good days and their bad. My friend Katie who gave me one of my "Biggest Wins" and always has a kind word for my posts and videos. My siblings for the many times they have helped me with weddings, activities, crafts, family history projects, reunions etc. I truly love that God gave me a place to share my gratitude for so many things!

And possibly for the last time, I hope you have a BLESSED DAY!

Reticulated Albino Python Snake - Fun Pet

There is a man in our town that has over 40 pets and most are snakes. He takes them to the park to let them move. He constantly has people coming up and taking photos. He was teaching me all sorts of things about snakes that I didn't know.

The story behind me meeting this man is really interesting. I was at church and our Bishop owns a business in town. He was sharing about how we should share about Christ with others and he was saying that there is a man at his work who is the kindest man. He shared that he is a good worker and is so nice to share his pets with people. He said that he takes his son over to this man's home and he teaches his son about the snakes and let him hold them. The Bishop then said that he is scared to have the snake around his shoulders, but he at least will touch them now.

So, I leave the church and meet up with some friends to do a few raids, and when we finished, I had to pass a park. It has four Pokemon stops, so I pulled in behind a car to spin the stops, and I see a guy pulling a tote out of the car. I then see him pull out a yellow and white item I thought was a blanket that he was spreading out on the grass to have a picnic. It didn't take me long to realize it was a HUGE snake!

I got out and asked if he was "guys name" and he said he was! I told him that my Bishop was his boss and that he was talking about him not an hour before and what an amazing worker he was and how kind he is! He said that he LOVES my Bishop and his father and they are the best bosses and it is the best job he has ever worked! He LOVES them and he said he really enjoys when they take their son to visit him and his snakes. He taught me about the forked tongue and how the snake uses it to sense food.

I have never seen a forked tongue up close before and this snake is so large. I got some close up photos of the tongue. It is really amazing. He shared how he feeds them large rabbits and has a breeder that breeds and raises them for him. He has a snake that weighs 150 pounds! He said that they like to rub against your feet and legs. I love that he enjoyed teaching me things.

The hissing sound was rather scary on such a big snake as it was quite loud. I have never heard a snake hiss before. I have heard rattlers, but I have never actually thought about the "forked tongue" comments about snakes or the "what sound dose a snake make" and you say "hiss" but I hadn't really ever thought about it! I kinda feel silly that I am as old as I am and haven't heard a snake hiss! He told me that the reason the snake hiss, is that their lugs are about halfway down the snake and drawn out rather long. The diameter for the air to get out is the size of a pencil so it makes a hissing sound as the air goes through. He explains in the video that the air is coming out of the top of the nose and that it is so that as it comes upon prey, it doesn't blow air on them as the air is coming up the top of the nose and going backwards towards the eye.

I love that this man is sharing his knowledge and was so patient as people just kept coming up over and over for photos. He even took a photo of me holding the snake which I texted to my Bishop and challenged him to hold it next time he goes over. He said he would do it and text me the photo! It was a once in a lifetime event for me.

I used to have a pet snake and it was maybe a foot long. This was a different experience. When I held it to take the photos shown on my blog, I put my arm out to try and show how long the snake was and it was trying to get to the ground and I was fighting to hold it up and out as it wanted down and it is STRONG! I realized that these really can kill a man.

I have always wondered how people can't get out when a snake is closing in. I now realize that these long and large snakes have so much muscle to squeeze its prey, and that is what it is built for! Thanks snake man for sharing your pet and your knowledge!

Have a blessed day!

Little Angel Looks Like My Pokemon Buddy

My friend Matt is a generous soul. He has given me 10 gifts in about four months. I told him to stop spending his money on me many times as two of the gifts are REALLY expensive gifts!

I asked him to stop sending gifts because I think he should be spending his money on buying himself a home or moving out of state as he isn't happy with the state where he lives. He would just laugh and tell me he has everything he needs and God provides and things like that.

After I asked him to stop sending me thing a few weeks back, I thought we had an agreement. I was really upset last week when I went out to the mail box and found a box from Amazon. You can ask my children, but I am not a big gift person. If I need or really want something, I will buy it for myself. My kids have a hard time knowing what to get me, but they all know, I just love touch so ask for a foot or back rub instead of gifts. Time together and sushi for my birthday are also fun when we can all be together as it doesn't happen often anymore!

I opened the outer box just to make sure it was from him. It was. I didn't open the box and called him the next day telling him I was really uncomfortable with the gifts and he could tell I was upset. I told him I was trying to clear out my home and didn't need him spending money on gifts for me.

I also feel indebted when people spend lots on gifts and explained to him that in my past relationships I was with someone who wouldn't purchase things I wanted as gifts, he would purchase items that would make HIM look good. I would always tell him that I was going to buy him a motorcycle helmet for his next gift. He didn't have a motor cycle and had no need for the helmet, and that was how I felt about the gifts he would purchase. We had the same conversation over and over about gifts. I think he felt that if he got me something I liked, or asked for, he was being controlled or manipulated somehow.

So, Matt on the other hand, has purchased me the most thoughtful gifts as far as physical gifts go! I am waiting to share a big one as it is needing pick up, but he had it custom made for me and is the perfect gift for me. When I told my girls what he was having made, they all said it was the perfect gift for me.

He bought and overnighted my favorite sausage from New England. He purchased me a custom sign online with the name of my blog on it. When he came to visit, he left and envelope hidden at my home and told me about it when I dropped him off at the airport. He sent me a $50 iTunes card so I could purchase some Pokemon items so we could do gym raids together. He really puts lots of thought into his gifts.

Even though they make me uncomfortable, they are really thoughtful. I dated a man a few years back who bought my girls iPods and bought me diamond earrings, and I also told him I was uncomfortable with his expensive gifts. I always feel like they will want something in return, or I am indebted to them somehow.

I didn't open the box for a week or so and it caused some long discussions about the situation. I know he was hurt by what I said about not wanting gifts, but I was upset because we have discussed it over and over. We are just friends and I have never had a friend spend so much on me like that. Even when dating before and after my marriage, I never wanted to have any expectations from the man, so I didn't like receiving gifts.

I opened the box yesterday and the little angel inside was a sweet little angel and it looked familiar in my head to something. It says "Thankful for you" on the front and is a precious moments figurine.

It didn't take me long to realize it looks just like the Pokemon that I chose as my main buddy / pet in the game. I just picked one and then after, I realized that the Pokemon is white, has wings, has flowers in it's hair, and flies through the air! I think I chose it because it reminded me of angels and after that realization, I told a few people that.

I realized that the angel looks just like my buddy Togepi! The big eyes, the white dress, the flowers, the wings, the little "u" smile and no nose. I laughed about it and took a photo to send Matt. He wrote "no need to thank me!"

I had a little light switch go off in my head while eating some of that yummy New England sausage and looking at the angel. I realized that if someone told me I could not tell them thank you ever again, or I said it too often and to stop, I don't think I could do it! It is such a part of me. I then thought of Matt and realized that giving gifts to those he cares about is part of who he is. He just gave his fairly new truck to his only nephew with no expectations. He could have sold it for $25, 000 to $30.000. I told him about a friends daughter who needs a kidney transplant and he immediately told me to tell them he would be willing to donate his a few months back.

He told me some situations while he served in the military about how he wasn't able to "shoot to kill" and would wound the enemy and then give them aid after the situation had calmed down. He is a tough New England exterior with a creamy filling! He has always been "tough" on the outside, but really sweet and kind on the inside. I have a video of him holding Princess One and playing with her as a toddler when he didn't know anyone was watching. He also gave the girls his "Hot Wheel" cars and all his Dr. Seuss Books when he was a teen and didn't want them anymore. I thought that was really sweet. My kids all have Seuss books and hot wheels in their "Saved items" to take eventually when they get a house!

I had the epiphany, that me telling Matt that he can't give gifts, was like someone telling me I couldn't give or share gratitude, or me not being able to share myself with others in the ways that I do share with others! I called Matt and told him about my "light bulb" moment and it brought up many other discussions about him not liking gifts either and he also didn't like to be indebted to others, and so he understood why I didn't want him giving me gifts, but in the same way, I am ALWAYS taking gifts and prizes to my family members over the holidays. I always purchase the prizes on my own and give them away. Sometimes they will leave the event with many gifts!

I finally understood a bit better why Matt buys me gifts. It is in his nature, just as it is in mine! I know he doesn't have lots of money and I asked him why he would spend what he does have on others. He said he used to be the type that would save and hoard money and worry about paying the bills and acquiring things, but then he realized after his heart attack that you can't take it with you, so what is the point of hoarding it.

One final story he told me yesterday. At church, they are planning the girl camp for his congregation. They sent around a sign up for people to say if they had a camp stove, and if so, would they be willing to allow the girls to borrow it for camp. He signed up as having one and then went out and bought one so that the girls would have one to use as they didn't have enough sign up and needed one. That is who Matt is!

He did say that he will only give me gifts for my birthday and Christmas now to respect that it makes me uncomfortable having him spend so much on me, and I am grateful that he is respectful of my wishes and is willing to communicate to figure things out, rather than being vindictive which I have seen others do in similar situations.

Thank you Matt for the thoughtful gifts! I am thankful for your generous spirit and kind heart and am grateful you found my YouTube channel so we could reconnect after 34 years!

Have a blessed day!

Two Double Rainbows In A Week and It Continues

Just as I have been seeing 111 that I posted about yesterday, the last month I have seen so many rainbows!
I saw something I have never seen before. It was a double rainbow that lasted about 45 minutes! I was visiting Princess One, and we were headed to a play, and it started before we left the house and continued while we drove to the play, and then for a good half hour after we sat in the rain at the play.

It was SO beautiful, and framed her home and then at the theater, it framed the stage!

A few days later as we were headed out to do some fireworks, once again, there was a double rainbow in the exact same spot! I asked Princess One if that was a regular occurrence and she said in the over 8 years they have lived there, she has seen maybe one other!

I wanted to get some good photos of the family sitting to watch the fireworks they purchased, and as I was taking photos of her, she told me that the rainbow was coming down right over my head. I opened my mouth and everyone was laughing as I "swallowed" the rainbow!

I got a few good photos, but the color was really dark on my camera. I should have used my actual camera to take some as there were THREE rainbows at one point. The two and attached to the lower rainbow was a third rainbow and the photos just didn't capture the colors. I wish I had used my camera instead of my phone.

I have seen several other rainbows and this morning my friend Matt sent me a text with a photo of a rainbow telling me he saw it today and thought of me.

I was shopping at a thrift store and saw a rainbow on the back of a book. The book was about leprechauns and had a rainbow on the back cover!

As I was writing this post, I was watching a Netflix show on fishing called "Battlefish" and just as I was starting my post, I was transferring the photos and labeling them "rain" to save them, the men on the show said, "A rainbow" and then joked about the tuna being at the end of the rainbow etc for a few minutes. It was weird I was watching it as I had watched it before, and there are so many things I haven't watched I wasn't sure why it showed up on the suggestions to watch, but since I just listen most of the time I just let it play. It was interesting that I was watching it for a second time just as I was posting about rainbows.

It is so interesting to me how at certain times in my life, the different things come up. Sometimes, it is all 111's, and other times it is certain songs, but lately, I have had lots of everything going on.  A few weeks back it was about finding coins! In fact as we went into the play seeing the first double rainbow, as we went to sit down, there was a penny just under our chairs. Grand Princess Found a coin another day while I was visiting as well!

It seems like my mother, God, and the Cosmos is trying to let me know things are "OK" as they are all going on at once!

I am grateful to have reminders to Trust in God, and reminders that my mother loves me as the rainbow is a reminder of her as she sang "Somewhere Over the Rainbow" to us each night! The 111's have just always showed up as I needed reminders. I have links above to each of my first posts about these things to help explain them more.

I almost forgot. As I was scrolling through Facebook tonight, one of my extended family members posted a complete double rainbow on their feed. I looked to see if it was maybe one of the ones I saw as that isn't such a common thing except this year for some reason. Hers was new and not the same city. So, in the past month or so, I have seen three double rainbows myself. One in my town and two in Princess One's town. Here is the link to the one in my town just a few weeks back.

As I was looking at my YouTube Channel tonight, I laughed when I looked at my income for ads as it was $191.11. Once again, a 111!

I am blessed!

Fireworks and Berries with Cream

We had a very long day. The kids have been up later than they have in forever the last three nights. They usually get to bed between 6-7 each night.

The youngest fell asleep last night before they could do their own fireworks, so the birthday boy didn't get his birthday "cake" and his mom had purchased a ton of berries for the cake.

So tonight, they stayed up late again so we could have ice cream and berries while their dad put on a pyrotechnic fireworks show for us in the driveway.

There were so many other things that we did today that I want to share eventually. It was a very full day, but as happens, I am tired and may never post them as that seems to happen during the busy times of my life.

It was a fun evening and I LOVED the berries. I had a huge bowl. I was once again in heaven watching the cute kids expressions and enjoying the time with my daughter and her family. The berries were just a rainbow of delight to end the night!

Have a blessed day!

Some Yummy New England Treats From Matt

I blogged last year or so about getting some Portuguese food ordering online and having it shipped to my home. Here is a link to that post.
Yesterday morning I got a knock at my door and it was a package overnighted from New England full of chicken Portuguese sausage! We LOVE that at our house and the chicken is so much less fatty than the pork, so we usually order that.

Matt remembered that either from my post or in visiting and he ordered a box full for me. It was a very thoughtful gift as it is something our family loves. He is really good at seeing what I love and getting it for me. I have another gift being finished that I will share when it is done. He ordered a gift card for iTunes so I could get some coins for the Pokemon game and share with the girls so they can do remote raids.

I put some of the sausage in the air fryer and really enjoyed eating it while talking to him.

I was so impressed with Fed Ex getting it here overnight when it usually takes a few days since I live in the middle of nowhere. I was also impressed with the ShopPortugues company as they have been wonderful each time we have ordered.

Princess One recently made a big order from them as well. They work with you making sure they get the breads fresh and packing the items really well. I took a video this time as well.

If you like Portuguese soup, you can see how to make that Here!

Thanks Matt for the yummy treat! I cut out the little "thank you" sign and am putting it on my gratitude frame!

Have a blessed day!

Gratitude for the Gratitude Pokemon - Shaymin

I posted recently about my friend Matt that came to visit and started playing Pokemon. He purchased tickets for a Pokemon Event, and I didn't really know what that was. He then sent me a link to a page talking about what would be going on in the event.

I LOVED when I saw that it was focused on a new Pokemon called Shaymin the Gratitude Pokemon!

I had things going on during the event, and wasn't able to play as much as I would have like, so I was sad that I wasn't able to find one during the event. Matt texted saying he got one a few days after the event. He was sweet telling me that if I didn't get one he would trade it to me!

I knew that I would get one at some point and looked forward to that as you know I LOVE Gratitude! I was so happy this week when I got the Shaymin Pokemon! It was interesting when it came up, it had a really flowery background and didn't have all the other items that usually show up on the sides or background.

I loved the thought that in a huge worldwide game, they focused on putting out something on Gratitude! I do believe that Gratitude is "the secret!"

I hope to be able to get a few more as the game moves on, but I am very happy about the focus on Gratitude!

Thanks Matt! Have a blessed day!

Little Reminders To Trust in God - 111 - Angels Guiding Reunion

I saw three different specialists this week. I had to travel to a large city for that as there were only a few options and I would have to travel in different directions to visit different specialists.

I asked the Dr. if he could refer me to one larger city / hospital and see if I could get the appointments on the same day rather than traveling in different directions. He sent the referrals and then I called in and after a prayer was able to make all three appointments several months out and get them all on the same day.

I was going to head out of town the day before and visit my mothers grave along with my grandparents with my family on Memorial Day, but I had a horrible migraine and vomited and felt horrible for the entire day. I ended up getting up super early and made the long drive to the first appointment. I walked out of that appointment at 1:11 p.m. I laughed and took a screen shot as I took it as a sign that things are going to be "OK" when I saw that.

I then drove to the next appointment, then the third specialists. This appointment was at the Main Hospital and the parking garage was crazy. I drove around and around looking for a parking spot. Finally, someone pulled out and I pulled in.

When getting out, a tissue dropped out of the car onto the ground. I noticed it when I closed the door. I am not one to litter, so I bent down to pick it up and saw a really dark penny on the ground just under the car that I couldn't see from my angle while standing. I had to take a photo as it was so weird that in the entire four or five level parking garage, I get the one spot that has a penny on it and somehow drop a tissue out of the door trash.

I then went to put a rainbow pinwheel on my mothers grave since I wasn't able to go visit it on Memorial day, and I get talking to my sister on the phone as she texted me while I was headed to her grave. I sat in my car visiting and when I hung up, I was about to start my car, and I hear voices behind my car and I look back and see my oldest brother, his wife and their youngest son walking to her grave with a container of flowers!

I guess they weren't able to visit her grave that day either. If I hadn't have talked to my sister in the car, I would have missed them. We had a good visit for over and hour and I got a great hug from my nephew.

I can't help think that my mother was orchestrating all those events to let me know that things will be alright. I was grateful for those reminders to Trust in God, and for the 111 and especially getting to see my brother and his family who are leaving to serve a mission in South America assisting the leaders over 5 countries. I won't see them for 18 months. I was grateful for that visit and getting to say goodbye.

I went to the store to pick up some groceries today since I was out of town, and there were a few pennies around the store. I found one at the checkout, and I am grateful for those constant reminders to Trust in Him!

I am blessed!

It Pays To Be Honest - Great Find

Today I went to my local thrift store as I had 10 minutes before I had an appointment. I was in a hurry and walked through the store quickly.

I found a new puzzle of Christ that I know someone in my world will enjoy. I have also been buying self sealing canning jars for emergency preparedness. If I see one for under $2 that has a super tight seal, I will buy them so I can use them in an emergency.

Both items were $2 each. I was in a hurry and at the register she put the items in and I paid and left quickly. On the way to my appointment, I realized that the total should have been $4 but the receipt shows I paid $3 on my card.

After my appointment, I returned to the store to pay the extra $1and someone had just dropped off three totes of items and in the top of one of the totes, was a paint by number set of one of the temples for our church.

When I showed them the price tags on the items and the receipt, the cashier told me to not worry about paying it because it was her mistake. I told her I was interested in buying the paint by number set and that I wanted to be honest and pay the extra dollar for the item she mis-charged me for earlier.

She sold me the paint set for $2 and then charged me for the extra dollar she missed earlier.

Princess Two has been doing lots of paint by number pieces recently and I was so excited finding this set for her. She will enjoy it I am sure. I love that she is expanding her talents! I also love that Heavenly Father blessed me for being honest! If I hadn't gone back, I wouldn't have found that kit and I had no idea they even existed.

Honesty is the BEST policy! Have a blessed day!

Freezing Pizza For Later - Blessed With Good Friends

Last week, I was grocery shopping and I walked down the pizza isle and had the thought that I would love to have pizza. The gluten free pizza in the freezer isle changes out all the time and is really expensive. Just when I find one I like, they stop selling it.

I have a few friends that own Pizza stores. Last week we had Bunko and one of my friends hosted and was really sweet. She texted me ahead of time and asked what type of gluten free pizza I would like for the evening.

I was able to have them make half of the pizza into cheesy bread-sticks, and the other half into pepperoni pizza. It was SO good to be able to have bread sticks and pizza. They had a salad bar, but I was so happy to have pizza I could eat, I skipped the salad bar which I really enjoy usually, but the pizza was so good!

Another friend owns a pizza shop that sells the pizza's in a "take and bake" format. She showed up at my home with four gluten free pizza's. Of course, it would take me a week of eating pizza daily to finish that many pieces of pizza, so I decided to freeze it.

I cut it into four pieces. Gluten free pizza's are smaller than normal pizzas. I then put a layer of plastic wrap, put a layer of pizza slices, then another layer of plastic wrap, and another layer of pizza slices until the Tupperware was full. I pulled out the container from the freezer and just put a piece of pizza in the air fryer for five or six minutes and it was wonderfully crispy!

I am so blessed with amazing friends who think of me!

Have a blessed day!
