Vitamin Recipe for Stress, Anxiety or Depression

Here is the info on B vitamins etc. You need hydrochloric acid (HCL or Betaine hydrochloride is stomach acid) to break down the B vitamins and you need B vitamins to create more hydrochloric acid. Most people have a lack of this with age. If you have acid reflux, problems eating acidic foods, go to the links below for information in detail.

Here is the link to hydrochloric acid info for acid stomach. People with low stomach acid can't break down the foods and vitamins into small enough particles to allow absorption. Using Hydrochloric acid, you can break down the food so it can be absorbed and then be used in the body.

If you find Hydrochloric acid harsh, you can try ginger. It also aids in digestion.

I included the omega oil info as I found the link interesting with diabetes, heart problems and depression. Here is a link for information on Depression and a lack of Omega 3 oils being linked.

Here is the B-vitamin information my family has used for years.

These vitamins help to relieve stress, depression and anxiety and can prevent a nervous breakdown from happening when someone is starting to show signs. All of those over-worked and over-stressed people will truly appreciate the information.

Many of you say that you do not know how I handle the five children I have... this has really helped me. I hope that it can help you too.

Vitamin recipe for stress, depression and anxiety

Vitamins are a crucial part of health and wellness. Unfortunately today, due to mineral deficient soils, toxins in the air and to our foods, we are lacking in many important vitamins and minerals. My mother had eight children and had a lot of stress in her life. At one point she was on the verge of a nervous breakdown and prayed for help. She found this "RECIPE" of Vitamins in a book called, "Mega Vitamin Therapy" that ended up saving her life and many of her children and friends as she has passed it down.

Here it is-

2500 Mg Vitamin C

1 Vitamin B-100 Complex (we prefer the Nature’s bounty brand from K-Mart)

2500 Mg Niacinamide

1000 I.U. Vitamin E

5000 iu vitamin D (most Americans are deficient and all depressed patients tested were deficient.)

Some of these can be split up and taken some in the morning and some at night but make sure that you take the vitamin B in the morning since it can cause sleeplessness. Niacinamide is also a vitamin B so you can split it up and take the majority in the morning and the remainder in the afternoon not before bed.

Many times our bodies will not absorb certain vitamins properly without another vitamin or minerals being present so that is why each one of these taken together is important. Most of these vitamins cannot cause an overdosed as they are water soluble so don't worry about that. The only one that you do not want to take too much of is the vitamin E. I have taken 1000 iu a day for years and have been fine.

For a serious attack where someone is shaking and not thinking we suggest giving them 2000 mg biotin immediately and then 1000 mg in the morning and again in the afternoon, for at least one week. Take this is addition to the above mixture. Also, give them 2500 mg of Niacinamide asap. If you feel stress, you can keep biotin in your car or purse and just suck on a wafer or pill (most biotin is in a wafer that melts in your mouth) as you need it.

Some women may need to take these vitamins after having a baby to help prevent the “BABY BLUES” that commonly occur after child birth. The body has been depleted of many things as well as an increase of sleep deprivation.

If getting and taking all these pills is "too much work," then you may want to call or go to Truehope.com or 1-888-truehope. They offer the same information and vitamins in an easier to take format and have weekly calls to check up on your progress. This company has helped MANY people and their families to become healthier and happier (mood problems, ADD, bipolar etc.). Other information was obtained from a book called "Mega Vitamin Therapy." It is no longer in print but can probably be found online.

When choosing supplements make sure that they say “YEAST FREE” on the label. Many people have adverse reactions to yeast.

- L-tyrosine can help with depressions and the thyroid. Here are two links to help you understand what it does.

I have a problem with being tired from all the "all night nursing shifts" and my thyroid is shot. I am iodine deficient and know when I take iodine, my general energy and mood are better. (I lost 20 pounds in two months and didn't change a thing other than to take iodine) Here is a link with information on this. A book called "Is your thyroid making you fat?" was very informative and if you know anyone with infertility, this book is wonderful. Here is a link to some iodine information. The other brand I have used and really had good results with is Lugols iodine and I will include a link below the first to order that.

The last thing I will suggest is a product called "the ultimate meal". When I went through my divorce, I lost so much weight I weighed what I did at 13. I prayed for help to know what I could take quickly when I was running around that would give me what I needed to stay healthy. I walked in and went right to the shelf and looked at this product. I have used it for 5 years daily. It is a green organic drink you mix in water and I would take this with my pills to help me absorb them and fill me up. I actually tried living on just this product for a week and felt fine and had plenty of energy taking this three to four times daily. I did lose weight but I felt good.

B vitamins get used up by alcohol, stress, sugar, and chocolate. Most of the foods you get B vitamins from, we don't eat in our culture. If you note, Howard Hughes, he was fine until he got into stressful situations and then broke down until he could build up again. High stress people often use up the B's because of stress and the nerves have nothing left to use causing emotional breakdown and depression/antisocial behaviors.

Vitamin D - Most Americans don't have enough. In order to maintain a proper level, you need 5,000 iu's daily. You need zinc and Omega 3's to absorb vitamin D. EVERY DEPRESSED PATIENT TESTED WAS LOW IN VITAMIN D. The reason they started testing vitamin D levels was that most people reported depression in the winter. Time magazing had an article about vitamin D time articles link and America's lack on September 4, 2010. Continue searching a few article below in the above link and you will see that there is an article about U. S. children lacking Vitamin D in October 26, 2009. I suggest reading them both and choosing to give your family suppliments.

I hope that this will bless your lives and many others to fight off all of the negatives that we face continually.

God Bless you all!

As always, check with your Dr. to make sure which therapy is right for you. This is something that worked for me and is only meant to be a suggestion of "one way" to improve your health and mental health. I suggest you take the time to research all the above information and pray to God for insight as to what treatment would be the best for you.
